RADIO KONTON has been experimenting with live streaming on the YouTube with some success. We’ve showcased a few artists, including a number of North Bay and Toronto acts.
Most recently we’ve showcased JASON BROCK & HYPERBOREAL. And over the months of July/August we hosted JOHN ZYTARUK, a Toronto-based artist from North Bay who has worked with Buck 65 and extensively with COLLETTE SAVARD. We’ve also featured JONAH K from Toronto, and we’ve been exploring the genre “vaporwave” with North Bay’s own V//TOMO on his weekly show.
